We’re looking for passionate, creative, and impact-driven interns to join our Summer 2025 cohort. If you want to gain real-world experience in the arts, culture, and live events space, this is your opportunity.
About the Internship
poetry me, please is the largest spoken-word showcase in NYC, and we’re building more than a stage — we’re building a global platform for creative expression. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working across live event production, strategy and partnerships, and creative operations.
Internships run from June 3 to September 19, 2025. Each intern will receive a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the program. You’ll work remotely with flexible scheduling and be expected to attend select in-person events in NYC.

Summer 2025 Internship Roles
1. Production & Events Intern
Support the planning and execution of our monthly showcases and partner activations. Ideal for someone who thrives behind-the-scenes and loves bringing experiences to life.
2. Strategy & Partnerships Intern
Assist with sponsor research, pitch decks, and grant opportunities while learning how creative platforms grow through real-world business development.
3. Operations & Admin Intern
Support the internal systems that keep our creative engine running — from scheduling and documentation to project coordination.
